Organic Pure Maine Maple Sugar is made by further boiling down our Organic Pure Maine Maple Syrup then stirring until granulations form. After allowing to cool, the sugar is sifted and then packaged for your enjoyment. These “crumbles” are larger pieces of sugar that we sift out.
